LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

High Split/Symmetrical Speeds in 33613 ZIP Code

I am trying to confirm if symmetrical speeds are available in the 33613 ZIP code. I received information from my COA that it would be available starting today but I don’t see the speeds being the same on upload/download. Any update?

    I was able to find your account using your community login. I am not seeing your area has symmetrical speeds yet. There is no information as to when the upgrade will be complete in your area.
