Sounds like it might be AT&T's bag in which case it would be something for your att.net recipients to deal with AT&T about i guess.

@mlingg : Update: Unless you're using something like "new Outlook" to send, then i think the real question is what is AT&T's catch with your ISP's SPF (regardless of DKIM.) Whatever their catch is, if it continues to persist for too long, it would seem to be incumbent upon your att.net correspondents to deal with AT&T about it but feel free to share the rejection bounceback dialog including any info/support URL therein if you've a mind to and resort to using the webmail portal for the meantime if not already.
P.S.: Note that i'm assuming that you're talking about plain old sending with/from a plain old Charter Spectrum email account without any autoforwarding stuff at play.
