FOX one
is anyone having trouble getting FOX ONE with spectrum log in?
When I checked under my spectrum account it says it’s included (usually 19.99 monthly) but when I logged in the fox App and the tried fox.com website under TV provider it tries to get my to add the FOX ONE subscription. Tried getting spectrum’s help as well but tried everything ( restarting, deleting, clearing cache, etc) but nothing works. Fox App let’s you log in with your spectrum credentials but it doesn’t give access to FOX ONE unfortunately.

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
I do apologize for the issues with accessing Fox One. To access Fox One you would go to their site here and click on the link for TV Provider on the top right.
You then would select Spectrum and it should pop up a login page for your Spectrum online account login. You would then put in your Spectrum login information. After logging in it should say "You've successfully connected your TV Provider."

thanks Tyleen- yes I went through that and even with the spectrum agent but it still shows that I need to pay 19.99 for a subscription to FOX ONE even though it’s suppose to be with part of the spectrum package

@LOLAU : Just curious if you ever signed into your account at 🔗www.spectrum.net and then hit 🔗https://www.spectrum.net/services/tv and then hit the 🔗 FOX One hyperlink down in the the Your Streaming Apps section and then hit the Start Streaming hyperlink therein.
Otherwise just curious if you have any other FOX streaming subscription(s) that may need to be canceled or expired before the FOX One gimme kicks in.

Yes tried using multiple devices and still gives me if you want fox one subscription it’s 19,99

Are you using the same email address for both the ESPN and Spectrum accounts? The Disney based servers that ESPN uses requires the email address to match.

I’m having the same issue! Sign in through spectrum but it says no active subscription. Talked with spectrum and they said I do have a subscription, but when I talked to fox they said that they don’t have an account associated with my email? What do I do??

Welcome to the Community Forums. When you setup the ESPN or Disney Plus account, did you use the same email address as the one used in the Spectrum login? If you used a different login then the verification of the service will not work.

@Tawnski1_ : I'd try the Refresh Now hyperlink within the downwards "Already Subscribed? Refresh Now" clue and/or sign out and start over with the TV Provider Sign In hyperlink every so often, if you've a mind to, until it takes. Patience is a virtue.

To confirm, did you select the option for login through TV provider? If so, it should automatically log you in. If the problem persists, please reach out to ESPN+ Directly for log in assistance, as we are limited with the troubleshooting we can provide on third party applications.

yes I used the TV provider as well and it connects me to spectrum but still problem person
