how do i get my call log info

    Hi @Snwalters1, welcome to our community!

    To view records of your calls and texts: 

    1. Sign in to your account at Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum app.
    2. Select Billing.
    3. If you have multiple services, choose Mobile.
    4. Under Statements, you will see your Statement Details and can choose a statement date.
    5. Scroll to Services.
    6. Under the device you'd like to review, select Calls, Texts and Data.
    7. You can filter your call details by calls, texts and data.
