Recent internet outage

My internet has been solid since February up until the last few weeks…it’s been just loosing connection on and off once or twice a day sometimes more??? When I’m not having that problem it’s people not being able to hear me on the phone while using wi-fi calling? Spectrum mobile has been working fine. Do I need new upgraded equipment or something? Anyone else have the same experience lately???

    Hey @jszpek3884, welcome to our community!

    I'm sorry about the trouble with our internet service. Checking the connection to the modem and router, I don't see any obvious issues. Do you lose service on all devices at the same time, or notice any changes to the lights on the modem or router when it goes down? Have you tried rebooting them?
