How do I import my roadrunner email into spectrum?

When I sign into my roadrunner account on my phone it was saying disconnected and unable to sign in. I created a spectrum email. Signing onto my desktop computer, I can not access my old email at all.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Your email address is no longer active in our systems. The email address was likely tied to one of your prior account numbers. This could have happened if you moved or when we updated account numbers and the email did not move over properly at that time. I am sending you instructions to you via text on how to get your email active again with your current account number. If this does not work for you then please reach back out to us.
