Would you like to continue watching spectrum? Keeps popping up every 5 seconds
Only 1 TV using the spectrum app is doing this. This is the only app on the TV doing this. TV has internet and works perfectly for everything else beside spectrum app.

I do apologize for the issues you are having with the app. Since it is only the one TV having the issue we would troubleshoot the issue for just that TV. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app on that TV?

To confirm, you're using the Spectrum TV app on multiple TV's in the home, but only one is having this issue? Have you tried removing the Spectrum TV app and reinstalling it? I see one of the Roku devices recently had a software update, but I'm not sure which of the devices is the one you're having an issue with. If reinstalling the app doesn't work, can you confirm the device having the issue? There appears to be a recent history with 2 Roku model C000X TV's, a 5000X TV, Roku streaming stick 3600X and Roku express 3930X. For the Roku devices, they'll display the model under Settings > System > About.1 -
My apologoies. The TV is a Hisense Roku TV. I have a total of 6 TV's - TCL roku TV, Samsung, LG….using the roku stick in a HDMI port. Only the Hisense is having an issue. What have I done: I've followed all the online recommendations, sleep, energy saver, software updates, removing the spectrum app and re-installing, reset the Hisense TV back to original factory settings…set it all up again. Went from wired internet to wifi to wired to wifi…..
Are you still watching comes up every 3-5 seconds. It's the only TV having a problem. The TV does everything correctly but play my spectrum paid service.

I realize since it is just this one TV, that it's probably more of a TV issue. I was just looking for some idea since I'm about tapped out. Between the TV and spectrum, something is causing the spectrum app to keep asking…are you still watching….

Thank you for that information! Can you send us the version of Roku you have in the Hisense TV by going to the Home Screen - Settings - System - About?
