Visual Voice Mail Stopped Working

Just spent 3/4 of a day on the phone with Mobile Tech Support trying to figure out why Visual Voice Mail suddenly stopped working and they could not figure it out. ANSWER: Somehow I had accidentally turned on Airplane Mode. Turned off Airplane Mode and VIOLA! It is working again. I wanted to refer this information to Tech Support, but no to email.
