Why isn't my new username and password recognized?
I would give almost anything to TALK rather than type to get help with this problem. The Spectrum email about changes said I should change the username. After I did that, I got a message saying it didn't match Spectrum's records. I tried again with a new username and password and the same message came back to me. I've communicated with several people on the help line, and even with their typed instructions, the problem continues. So…..is there a way to make an appointment for a phone conversation? HELP!

To confirm, you're having trouble logging into spectrum.net? I'm showing 2 identities active, one with your gmail as the user name and another with wi.rr.com. Was it the wi.rr.com ID you're having an issue with? To access our email, you would need to log in at spectrum.net with that email and then use the check email option rather than visiting the webmail site, if you're still using that. The email and Spectrum ID password would need to be the same, if not you'd need to reset the Spectrum ID password and then log in.
