I was just on the phone for 30 minutes getting my internet changed. I was supposed to be transferred, instead I was disconnected and now I can't use my phone at all. No matter what i dial, all I get is a busy signal and noting will go through. Help!

    Good afternoon and welcome @Jasp_48,

    The modem that provides your internet and voice service is showing incompatible with your current service selection. You can visit a local store to exchange your modem or one can be shipped out to you.
