How do I reset the password on my road runner email account

    Good morning and welcome @Ken58,

    Each email address would be listed on the account as a Spectrum ID, which allows login to spectrum.net to access email. If you're unable to log in or have forgotten your password for the Spectrum ID associated with the email account, you can select the Forgot Username or Password? option on the spectrum.net login page and complete the verification process to reset.
