Why doesn’t the recent channels list always appear when you press the down direction on the circle

sometimes when i push on the bottom of the ring/circle on the remote it will will bring up the recent channels i have visited. But sometimes it does not. And sometimes i try and try and it doesn’t work. How does this feature work?

    Hey @Duanest, welcome to our community!

    I'm sorry for the trouble with your remote. Are you having this issue using the Spectrum TV app or a cable receiver? What kind of remote is it?

    Intermittent remote issues are often due to low battery, so I'd recommend replacing those if you haven't recently.
