Can Spectrum please give us the configs we need to use when we do all this? I use Thunderbird, and I need to go into the settings and make the changes referred to for the “webmail.” I need the configs. If I’m reading this right, when we go to spectrum.net with a browser, it may be a different password than we use with webmail version. But, other things may need to be changed like port number, smpt, etc.
I have been using rr.com for many years. I need to know how to make this transition. We need someone at Spectrum to send us typed up configs we use when we make these changes. What do we do for the browser access? What do we do if we have email clients like Thunderbird?   And, most of all, I think we need an extension. Many of us will not be able to meet the 11/11/25 deadline!!!!! I’m having surgery this week, and all my email will be halted if I can’t solve this within the next 2 days. Spectrum has created a situation that is untenable for so many of us.

    Good evening, @ferra

Thank you for reaching out to us about resetting your password for our email services. You requested the server information to make sure that you have the correct information. Please visit the link provided. Thunderbird is a third-party App, and we are not able to walk you through resetting the password using that option. You will not need to use your Thunderbird email service to change the password for us. Once the password is reset you would have access to your email using our Webmail option. -Lyn

I use 3rd party em client for 2 out of my 3 email accounts. One email account worked fine still using the old roadrunner POP settings. It's the same email that can log into old webmail portal and the new spectrum id website with the same new updated password.

The email that doesn't work with my em client can log into the new spectrum id website, but NOT the old webmail portal. I get the message "The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again."

I realize Spectrum is doing away with the old webmail.spectrum portal but I think my new password should be working for the webmail portal and the spectrum.net and it's not. For some reason the new Spectrum ID and the webmail portal are not syncing passwords with this email. But it did with my other 2 email accounts.

If I could get back to the webmail portal, I could at least forward my emails to one of my accounts that are working. But the new spectrum id website does not allow email forwarding. Or give option to forward emails on the new spectrum id website.
