This is "upgraded" email?
Obeyed Spectrum's message to change email passwords before November 11. Now (as of November 11) the two email addresses (primary and admin) for which I have used a Windows-based email client (not Outlook) for years will not send or receive emails. In fact, I can't even open the email program or access my contacts. This is beyond a disaster.

Good morning @Ipaid2much,
Changing the password for the Spectrum ID and email should not prevent a third party mail program from opening at all as we'd have no control over a third party programs operation. The only change you should need to make would be to update the password for the email account on any third party mail app or program. If you are actually able to open the program but not access email, can you please verify the server settings you currently have set up?
