Motorola 2024+ activation
I'm trying to activate a brand new 2024+ bought in the US directly from Motorola. My about in phone settings shows 2024+. IMEI look up on other sites shows 2024+. Motorola says it's a US phone BUT Spectrum says it's a Ultra 50 so they can't connect. Not sure why Spectrum IMEI lookup shows ultra 50 when Motorola looks it up and says it's a 2024+ as my phone says it is. What can I do short of getting another phone. I want to activate this phone first to check coverage before switching my other lines.

I take it that 2024+ is pseudonymous with Razr 50 Ultra, aka razr+ 2024 in the U.S., and, while the original razr+ from 2023 (not to mention the non-plus Razr - 2024) is listed as compatible here, sure enough, the razr+'s of 2024 and 2025 aren't:

I never saw those that you linked. They told me it was an 50 ultra but I see on your link neither the 50 ultra or 2024+ is compatible. Oh well I'm not switching then.

You're welcome. Unfortunately, the only razr+ i see listed as compatible with any U.S. carriers at 🔗 is the original one from 2023 whereas the Razr - 2024, Razr - 2025, and Razr Ultra 2025 appear to be compatible with pretty much all of them including Spectrum! ☘️
