Perhaps it’s there and I just can’t find it but I need/want a way in Email to collapse my folders. Can I do that now or is something that you need to take care of?

    Thank you for reaching out with this question, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. There should be arrows next to each folder that you can utilize to collapse each folder.

    In the Screenshot I sent you there are no "arrows" (only the 3 dots which have nothing to do with this), which BTW is the first thing I looked for. So is this caused by something I did or something I didn't do?

    There is not a way to collapse the folders at this time, we will be happy to forward your feedback on this feature.
