My recorded movies are being deleted before I've watched them Can they be recovered?

    Some questions,

    How long are movies staying on Cloud DVR for you? Cloud DVR is typically recording 50 shows at once with a 90 day viewing window. Cloud DVR unlimited is an (almost) unlimited viewing experience with recording up to 100 shows at once with about a year long storage. Specifics are here:

    If you within that for either plan,, I would suggest rebooting your modem, Cloud DVR can be very internet-dependent in terms of signal and quality of signals and your drop line. If a modem reset does not help, I would suspect a signal or line problem, and you should contact Spectrum to check your signals and lines with a service call.
