Can't login to rochester.rr.com email in Outlook or online

@rochester.rr.com - couldn't login as I always do in Outlook so tried online and couldn't login there either. Was forced to change my password, still won't let me in!! I use this email for work. Please fix.

    When accessing email online, are you logging in at spectrum.net and clicking "Check Email"?
