How do I link my email to this account

    Hello @lowellsthomas;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. You can follow the instructions below on how to transfer your email address.


    Sign in to your Spectrum.net account.

    1. On the left panel, select More and then Settings.
    2. Select People and then Add a Person. 
    3. Under Contact Info, enter your first and last name.
    4. In the Email Address field, enter the email address that needs to be transferred.
    5. Next, select the Role, then click Send Invite. 
    6. Sign out of Spectrum.net. 
    7. Sign in to the email address you previously entered and open the verification email.
    8. Select Spectrum username in the first sentence of the email.
    9. Confirm that the contact information is correct. 
    10. At the Choose Your Username step, select the email address and then Next.
