Sign on password not accepted with email

I us outlook to view my emails. Email is Mu———33@twc.com. I used my save pw and it was not accepted. I assumed I entered wrong and now a. Not sure of my password and I do not see an option to create a new password. Is there a way to recover. I have not been able to sync may mail since 21 Nov 25. Thanks Tom W.
