on 11/22, I lost access to my email. Spectrum said that account and another had been suspended when they made some changes.
The address I have had since the inception and is critical to me. How can I get it back?

Using the information provided during registration process, I was able to successfully locate the account. I can confirm that your email is restorable. It appears there may have been a security concern and all that is needed is to reset the email password. To do so, please complete the following,
- Go to the sign-in page: Navigate to the Spectrum.net homepage and click on the "Sign In" button.
- Find the reset link: On the sign-in screen, select the "Forgot Username or Password?" link, which is located under the main sign-in button.
- Enter your email: Choose the option to reset your password and enter your Spectrum email address when prompted.
- Verify your identity: You may need to confirm you are not a robot and then choose to receive a verification code via text, email, or phone call.
- Enter the verification code: Enter the six-digit code that was sent to you on the next screen.
- Reset your password: Follow the on-screen instructions to create and confirm a new password for your account.
