NBA App log in with Spectrum
I watch Lakers games on my TV using the NBA league pass app and then I am able to log in using my TV Provider credentials- Spectrum- it works because I have Spectrum Internet and Mobile. I am able to watch all games that are normally broadcast on Spectrum Sportsnet. The problem though is that when I log in I am prompted to scan a QR code and then I am given a code to enter into my phone which allows me to watch the game. Problem- 9 times out of 10 when I log on the QR code pops up but there is no code- just an error message. I have to log in, log back out, sometimes I have to clear cache, I have even deleted and reinstalled the NBA app- it always works eventually but it is a real hassle. Anyone else dealing with this? Any suggestions?

P.S.: Once you have Support Inquiry selected for Inquiry Type, you can select Log In Assistance for Contact Reason and then either Login Error or else Other for What type of login issue are you experiencing? and then go from there with the Description if not also Attachments.
