Apple TV Pause and Rewind Features for Live TV

Spectrum App Support Team,

Can someone please answer whether Apple TV devices can Pause and Rewind Live TV programs with the Cloud DVR like the Xumo and Roku devices do? I have the latest Apple TV 4K with the Cloud DVR and this doesn’t work. This is an essential feature for people using Apple TV devices. Thanks,

    Hello @SmittyMon;

    We currently have the option to pause live TV on Roku and Xumo devices but we have yet to implement it on Apple Devices. It is very possible that the feature will be added to Apple devices but I do not have information on if it is being worked on. I will pass on your feedback to management so they will consider adding the feature.

    @Edward_T It would really be appreciated if you can escalate this as it’s core functionality that should be available to customers using Apple TV. It will also help your business attract new customers with Apple TV and sell your DVR cloud service.
