disappearing emails

My saved inbox emails in my cinci.rr.com account with Spectrum just disappeared in the past few days. After the first 2 Spectrum reps (chat & then telephone) told me this was due to a recent system update, I was told by dismissive 2d technical service representative (not the first tech rep , Michelle, who was polite & helpful)) that Spectrum could not have caused this issue and there was no recourse for me. My emails are just gone. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Log on to 🔗 https://www.spectrum.net/account-summary and hit the 🔗 Check Email hyperlink in the left-hand column to open the webmail portal and check the webmail Trash folder as well as any IMAP-synced trash/deleted folders.

    Then check the inbox (in case of POP as in POP3) as well as any trash/deleted folders as well as any archive folders of every iteration of every email client software app that the email account could have ever been set up within, of every device that recently had network connectivity.

    If not found, change the account password so it hopefully doesn’t happen again if you get my drift.
