No signal with Xumo box

After overnight shut down we don't get a signal with our Xumo Box the light on the box is lit but no signal on shows on the TV screen. Most times if I unplug the Xumo box it resets. We don't want to reset the Xumo box everyday.

    Welcome to our Community, @DeMartino!

Since XUMO's are totally Internet dependent, I would also try unplugging your modem for a few minutes along with keeping the XUMO shutdown for a few minutes. Than, individually reboot each device starting with the modem first than the XUMO.

Next, disable Power standby and power saving options in XUMO settings:

    For Xumo Stream Boxes:

    1. Press the Settings (gear) button on your remote.
    2. Navigate to Start up and standby.
    3. Select Auto standby and set it to Never (or Off).
    4. You can also select Sleep timer and ensure it is set to Off if you do not want it to turn off after a specific time period.

Note: If you are using a Xumo Stream Box, make sure to check both the Xumo device's power settings and your TV's HDMI Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) settings, as CEC can sometimes cause the TV and the box to send power-off signals to each other. Disabling the CEC setting on your TV may help prevent random shutdowns.

If after doing these above steps, you still have problems with your XUMO, you will need to set up a service call to check your signals, drop line, and the stability of your Internet connection. Doing the above steps should keep your XUMO activated even when the TV is turned off overnight.
