Why No New Email Addresses?
It appears that Spectrum no longer allows additional email addresses on consumer accounts. Why is this? It's ridiculous that I would have to use 3rd party email systems such as gmail when I pay such a high price for my internet services. As I understand it, only business accounts are allowed to add email addresses. All the while I receive spam email from charter.net email addresses every day. Go figure. Spectrum appears to be supporting spammers but not consumers.

Primary and up to four sub email accounts just for old time's sake and none at all for new-timers. Primary account holder needs to have created additional spectrum.net user account as a prerequisite for new sub email account.
