When is "High Split" coming to Redding, CA and surrounding communities?

I have asked many local Spectrum techs and they originally told me it was supposed to be January 2026, but there is no indication on any of the lists I have seen that it is even in progress. I am simply looking for symmetrical speeds. 35mb upload is painful.

For future reference, there are tools online that may give an idea of what market they are homed through.
Are usually pretty good with the geodata lookups.
