Why did I get enter the password for the IMAP account neo.rr.com when I try to open my email?

I'm not showing any active email using that domain associated with your current account. The only active one is shown as spectrum.net. Without posting your full email, is it the one you used to register here?
If you had an email that is not associated with your current active account, it would be set for deletion as it needs to be assigned to an active account. Along with that, you would need to create a Spectrum ID for that email to be attached to your current account, following the steps at the link below.Once you've completed the process to create an identity on your account with the email you want to link, you would then use spectrum.net to manage the email, such as changing the password or checking email. You can also use a third party mail client once the account and password has been created.
