Can't find/connect to spectrum mobile AP

I have a spectrum phone, and up until today I was able to use spectrum mobile AP. Now it no longer shows up in the list of access points on my phones connections. I reset mobile/wifi settings, but no dice. My friend lives in the same apartment complex as me, and at his apartment, the same thing. Just about everybody here has spectrum internet. I have my wifi set to allow guests with spectrum mobile to use wifi. So does my friend. So I don't know why I can't pick up Spectrum Mobile AP.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about accessing the access point using our My Spectrum App. I am very sorry that you are no longer able to view this. By chance have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the App yet? If not, are you able to try this and let us know if this helps out. -Lyn

    Hello. My problem is pretty much exactly the same. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reset all settings. All it did was restart my phone like new but still no "Spectrum Mobile access points." At first I thought something was just wrong. This happened last night. I called support and as I was speaking with them the regular Access points came back. Worked up till a little while ago. Support just told me to resest wifi setting again. Still nothing. It's very frustrating. There has always been more than 5 or 6 different acces points from Spectrum Mobile mobile.

    Are you referring the to access points outside your home at businesses, or the advanced in home wifi from the router?

    The spectrum mobile AP came back online, I guess there was a glitch in either my phone or on Spectrum's end. Either way it works now.
