Why after several years is my old RR email account no longer accesible?

Why is my older RR email no longer accessible? It continues to tell me the info i entered not correct? There is lots of info in that account that i really need. I am paying for internet . I need your help please.

    Hey @Animalcooki, welcome to our community!

    I show your rr.com email is still active, but it now has its own Spectrum.net login. Please make sure you are signing in at Spectrum.net and selecting "Check Email" from the sidebar to the left. If you get an invalid password error there you can reset it using the "Forgot Username or Password?" option.
