TWC email
Hello! I have had the same twc email address for years. It suddenly stopped working, as it was no longer taking my username and password as valid, however neither should have changed. I have tested emailing the account and they have kicked back as undeliverable. The email address in question (the same one I used to register for this community account) is listed as invalid in my Spectrum account setting. Any idea how to get it working again? I am a Spectrum customer and have had no disruption to my internet or landline. Thank you!

For existing email accounts, they need to be linked to an active internet account with their own Spectrum ID or email would be suspended pending deletion. Reviewing your account, the email you used to register here is not shown as linked to an account with it's own Spectrum ID and is suspended. I am only showing a single ID for your account with a different email address. Can you please follow these steps for keeping your email? I am removing the suspension to allow you to complete that process. It is important to complete the process as the email would be suspended again if not, and the next step would be deletion. Afterwards, you would either check email by logging in with the corresponding Spectrum ID at spectrum.net, or set it up in a third party mail client if you use one.0
