Why can’t I receive email

my wi.rr.com emails will not log in to receive email. I can send but not receive. This is through outlook 2021. I also tried through the spectrum email site and can’t log in with my emails and passwords. Not even the main email. We were assured when we move two months ago that we would be able to keep our emails. Last time this happened you changed our emails without notice. It took hours on the phone to get them switched back. So what’s going on?

    Good morning and welcome @richandangie,

    Reviewing the account linked to your registration here, it is shown as inactive. I believe I was able to locate the new account as well. It appears there was originally a transfer order, but this was canceled as service was still needed at the original location. Instead, a new account was started rather than a transfer which would have brought everything over, and the original account disconnected separately afterwards.

    We may be able to transfer some of the Spectrum ID's and email accounts over for you. I'm showing one active ID and 8 inactive ID's on the old account, 7 of those have wi.rr.com email accounts. This would be above the limit of 5 for the new account, which already has one of it's own. If you're trying to keep more than 5, they may not all be able to be transferred and enabled. I'll be sending you a message to confirm some details and attempt to transfer over emails you'd like to keep.
