A message to customers having trouble accessing legacy rr.com and roadrunner.com email accounts

As part of our ongoing efforts to standardize the Webmail experience, all of our customers that are using webmail.spectrum.net to manage webmail settings and passwords, will now be redirected and able to access their emails via the Spectrum.net login page.

You can retrieve any available emails by signing in at https://www.spectrum.net using your full email address as the username and your email password, then selecting “Check Email.”

If you’re using a legacy rr.com or roadrunner.com address:

  • You’ll be redirected to sign in via Spectrum.net as above.
  • If your Spectrum username is different from your legacy email, log out and sign in again using the legacy email address as the username and its email password.
  • If you can’t sign in, use the password reset option from Spectrum.net (you should have received an email with instructions about this change).

If you still can’t access your mailbox after trying these steps, or have additional questions, please start a new post or discussion. As this is a public forum, please do not publicly post any personal information, to include email addresses or other account information.
