Legacy rr webmail

I have two webmail accounts associated with …@rochester.rr.com that I cannot find. I used one yesterday (2026-01-29) and the other a couple of days ago, so they should be active. These accounts are crucial to me and I at least need read access to get info so I can update people and institutions that use the old addresses to communicate. Ideally I would like to migrate them to the newer Spectrum server. The previous suggestions to sign in with the old credentials return an error message:

The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again or select Forgot Username or Password. IDID-3104.

Please help…I need that info.

    Hi & welcome -

The migration has already occurred. In order to access your roadrunner email, you would want to log in at  https://www.spectrum.net   using the full email address as the username and your existing email password. Then, in the menu, there is a "Check Email" option. Alternatively, you can log in here to proceed directly to mail.

If you are still unable to access your emails, please let us know.

To add to the above, the error message IDID-3104 references invalid credentials. For the email you're trying to access, please use the Forgot Username or Password? option at the bottom of the sign in page and enter the full email as the username if you're not able to sign in with the full email and existing email password.

I do see one of the RR emails is the recovery email for both profiles, so if you run into any trouble, we'll have to get the recovery email updated to one you have access to, or add a phone number.
