how to download spectrum app onto my laptop?

Hi, I was getting an error message when I tried to download the Spectrum app on my laptop. HP Laptop. Please advise how I can get it onto my laptop. Thank you

    Hi -

    The Spectrum TV App, is available on select devices, including Apple and Android mobile devices, Roku and newer Samsung TV's.

    To watch on a laptop, you will need to open a supported browser and navigate to watch.spectrum.net
