LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE

There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

STLP-999 Error

I read all of the current posts, but my question is why is there an authentication issue? If your account is setup correctly with Spectrum, then you should not have that error experience.

Given the monthly amount you pay for their service, Spectrum customers should not have to deal with this inconvenience.

    Hello @jhp;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. The error message you are receiving usually indicates an issue with the internet connection. I reviewed the logs of the app and confirmed that you had periods of poor internet connectivity with your device. I see you recently rebooted your modem which can help restore the internet connection to normal. If you continue to see this problem then please reach back out to us so we can investigate it further.

    The app can be sensitive to poor internet connections. If you ever see the issue occur then reboot the modem and it generally will start to work again. If it becomes a repeat issue then we can investigate the issue further.
