4K Broadcast quality?

Hello Again Everyone -

Did anyone notice the poor quality of the 4K broadcasts of the Olympics and the Super Bowl? I have both a Xumo Stream Box and an Apple TV 4K box. And while the Apple TV was hands down much better than Xumo, it still didn't compare to my neighbors watching on YouTube TV and DirecTV. Even one of my neighbors using only an antenna appeared to have a better picture than what we got over the Spectrum TV app.

I had read somewhere the majority of the programs we watch on the Spectrum TV app are broadcast in 720p and very few are in 1080p. Does anyone know if this is true?
