I received a message to put in password for IMAP when trying to retrieve my email. It would not accept my email so I delete my email in settings on my phone. I then added my email back using settings on my phone and it's showing up but I am not receiving any email and I cannot send any emails

I do apologize for the issues you're having with the email service. Are you able to check your email by going to our website here? If so you may need to update settings in the email client you are using. You can check what the settings should be by going to this link here.
If you still cannot access your email using the third party email service you would need to reach out to them.
