How to access my rr.com webmail without setting up a new @spectrum address?
I think I have a related issue. I was forced to change my Spectrum account password which is tied to my xxx@roadrunner.com account which I was using with Outlook as a POP account. Once I changed the account password Outlook was disconnected as expected but it will not reconnect when I enter the new password. I am able to access Spectrum's webmail with my @roadrunner.com email and new password though. I have tried setting up a new Outlook profile with both IMAP and POP using these instructions from Spectrum Site Spectrum.net and it still fails. I have attempted to connect to the email account from Gmail as well and it also fails. Am I missing a setting somewhere or are they just silently telling me that Spectrum no longer supports IMAP or POP connections for my old @roadrunner.com email address?
