Sound not working with on demand tv
I’m having an issue with on-demand tv. Everything will work fine until the 1st commercial break. Once the break ends, there’s no longer any sound. This is happening with multiple episodes and across both the Apple TV app and the iphone app. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and the issue remains

I’m having this same issue— any on demand content will have sound for the first segment and first commercial break then be silent thereafter. Have restarted the app and devices as well as deleted then redownloaded the Spectrum app. Issue persists. Live channels do not have sound issues. Tested on Paramount and ABC and issue persists on Paramount only.

What device are you using with the TV app and what program are you viewing? Testing a program available on the Paramount Network, I wasn't able to duplicate this issue. There was a commercial at the start, the first part of the program, another commercial break, and then it resumed as normal.0
