Is there any information regarding High Split in Myrtle Beach, SC?
I received a letter from SPectrum (sent 8-19-25, recv'd early October, 2025) which stated my cablecard and Tuning Adapter would fail on October 13, 2025. I called Spectrum and within 3 days I received a new High Split Converter and was told to swap out the TA with the HSC and return the TA to Spectrum. Oct 13, 2025 came and went. No update. I even tried the HSC swap for the TA and had no luck. Spectrum rolled a tech out who knew nothing about a TA, cablecard, or HSC. He did verify the signal strenght coming into my home and said it was good. He spent over an hour here talking with someone - but no progress on the HSC install.
Later I called Spectrum and over the next 3 months was given 3 new target dates for the HS update. The latest was Feb 13, 2026.
The High Split has not happened. My cablecard and Tuning Adapter continue to work. I would truly appreciate knowing when this update is scheduled for me. My HSC box is standing by waiting for the update to arrive…
