Cloud DVR is buffering and freezing again.
is anyone having this issue playing back fully recorded shows there is constant buffering and freezing? I am so tired of this in the last four years we have had this app. Spectrum app is updated. My Apple TV is updated. else works fine. There’s definitely a glitch that they are not fixing. What are we to do?

Looks like the last time you posted was a couple years ago and I am not seeing that you have contacted us otherwise for any issues. Has the issue only returned recently? Are you able to replicate the issue on a different device?
There are currently no known issues with Cloud DVR. Buffering and freezing is typically a connectivity issue. Have you restarted the modem and router? You may also need to delete and reinstall the Spectrum App. If the issue continues, please try restarting the Apple TV from the settings menu.
