Where can I find the Tennis Channel App?

My television channel package includes the Tennis Channel. I keep getting Spectrum emails that state I am eligible to use the Tennis Channel app. However, the Tennis Channel app is not included in any listing of available apps through Spectrum/Xumo.

    Good afternoon and welcome @kenpilk,

    You can find the Tennis Channel app on these devices. It is not currently available on Xumo devices, but there is a list of available apps for Xumo.

    Thanks for your prompt reply! The availability of the Tennis Channel app is a big reason I chose the channel/app package I paid a premium for. Now Spectrum is telling me the system it provided me (Xumo interface) does not allow access to this app??? How do I elevate this issue for appropriate resolution because I'm now thinking I fell for a bat-and-switch scheme?
