Spectrum app on roku works differently for live vs recorded

Why does the spectrum app operate differently when fast forwarding or rewinding live content vs recorded shows on the dvr? Why doesn’t the thumbnail preview appear on recorded programs on the roku platform?

This feature works properly on the app when using on a Xumo platform

Is this a bug?

Can the preview thumbnail be added to vastly improve the user experience and ease of use on the Roku platform?

    Welcome to our community! Features within our app can vary by platform and can function a little differently due either platform limitations or just differences in the type of coding used. I will be sure to pass along your feedback to have the thumbnail previews in the Roku version of the app.
