Hello, I was wondering about High split in the Kingsport, TN area. I saw another post mentioning plans for Johnson City, TN, and wanted to confirm whether those plans would also affect Kingsport.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I checked the status of the upgrade in your area and we currently do not have an estimate on when the work will be started. This indicates that it will be likely 6 months or more before the service will be enabled.
