Problem getting S25 FE to connect!!
Here's the issue. I purchased a brand new Samsung S25 FE phone. This is the same exact phone Spectrum sells. The phone I purchased is not stolen or blacklisted. I called and spoke with Samsung support and they validated it is a good phone. When I put the physical sim into the phone it worked for a day or so then stopped working saying it was not connected to the network and only emergency calls were possible. I tried rebooting the phone, removing and reinstalling the sim and none of that worked. I tried to do the esim setup and that reports that the phone is not supported on Spectrum which seems odd since you sell the same phone.
Anyways I called support and the person basically did the same exact thing I did and said yeah nope this phone is bad, probably stolen and then hung up. Well kinda rude but whatever so I went to the Spectrum store near me, tons of people waiting to be seen so I wasn't expecting good results and sure enough I get called up, the salesperson/tech looks at the phone enters the esim stuff and says nope can't help you and that was it.. Would not try anything more, which okay I get it your dealing with a ton of folks and want to get us in and out asap but at least try a physical sim or something else… Nope thanks have a good day.
SO, that's where I am at.
Anyone have any recommendations? I'd return the phone from where I purchased it but its past the return period.

Edit: Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is not on VZW's compatibility list which, i believe, would be a deal-breaker with any of their affiliated MVNO's.

P.S.: not on their BYOD compatibility list, that is.
