Using New Contacts-- suggestions
Seeing the 'New' contacts area, have a 'usability' suggestion:
1- Contacts are randomly listed — impossible to find anything — search is 'less helpful' than it could be. Especially if the contact list was imported from the old system.
I tried by just the name I used — 'Amy' not found. My daughter's email is nothing like her name. Trying her last name did not work either— same reason. Typing her email did work — good thing I knew it!
Because the list was in a 'random' order, I had to search page by page. I have over 100 entries, my usual page count is 20—lots of searching-
suggestion — 1- A way sort the list, asc or desc.
at a minimum by email ←- necessary because just imported entries may not have all other information
by nickname, by first name, by last name
suggestion — 2- A way to export existing entries. This format should be the way the import function is expecting.
suggestion 3- explanation of import and (hopefully export) format (csv?? html??) —- A large change could be done in an editor instead of 1 by 1 for each change.
