Hello All,

Have a question about the Power Your Home with 2 Gig @& Invinvible Wifi that is advertised now on my spectrum.net home page. When I click on the link to get started it states

his offer is not available at this time. Please contact 866-892-1235 for assistance. Was wondering why I would see this upgrade if it isn't available in my area now?

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the confusion. Right now due to the high demand for the Invincible Wifi service new orders are suspended until the current orders can be fulfilled.

    There is no information currently as to when the orders can be placed again.

    They website also has added the 2gig to the website, when invincible Wi-Fi was first offered, I ordered it and have invincible Wi-Fi. the website is confusing now that it also says 2gig but i am told it isn't available at my location at this time. I am confused why spectrum.net has the 2-gig reference when it isn't available for me.
