Hello, I see upgrade work has started in Area Code 54703 (in Eau Claire, Wisconsin) and would like to ask what the current info/status is on the upgrade work for my area please.
Any info on the progress listed for this service area or an early estimate for upgrade completion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
