Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

High split for Wesley Chapel NC 28173

in Network Evolution

Wesley Chapel is in the middle between the Charlotte and Monroe NC head ends. When should we expect to see the effects of high split within the subdivisions of Wesley Chapel?

We have independent company Ripple Fiber that is trenching in and around our neighborhood as well as as AT&T Fiber and Google Fiber planting flags on the main roads nearby

    Good morning @stannc.

    I have checked and at this time there is not a date on when this work will begin, this usually means that it will be at least 6 months before the work will begin.
